Asha’s work began 18 years ago with her own health crisis—one that required her to tune in and listen to her life in order to save it. Since then, her practice has graced birth stools, boardrooms, living room couches, women’s groups, healing retreats, and inner-city reform schools. From ushering a new soul in taking their first breath to supporting a grieving heart in reclaiming the same, she trusts the power of compassionate presence.
A writer, storyteller, and presence pioneer, Asha birthed Life Listening as an incubator for consciously creating spaces where life’s stories can be heard, honored, and reimagined through sitting, sensing, and story.
