Hi, I’m Asha — my name means “life” in Kiswahili.
For 18 years, I’ve been listening to life — from childbirths to hospice care, health mysteries to relationship tangles, garden explorations to self-examination. For me, the key to wellbeing is presence, and the heart of presence is listening. Not just with the ears: with shifts in behavior… attitude… speech.
This space is my labor of love. I share drippings from my life listening experiments, and invite you to do the same. It’s intended to be a space of communion and collaboration — where we share insights and inquiries, and listen together.
